Do you fill the tubes as well as manufacture them?
Yes, we do. We form the tubes and then fill them in line as one process
What is the lead time?
Typically, we would look to get your order into production 4-6 weeks from receiving your approved artwork
Can you fill powders?
We do not have the ability to fill powders I am afraid
What is the MOQ?
We look to work flexibly with our clients so that we can help to bring your project to market. We can almost always find a solution to get things started. Please contact us through the enquiry page for further details.
Do you blend bulk liquids?
We do not formulate or blend products ourselves. However, if this is required, we would certainly be able to introduce you to one of our network of approved suppliers.
Can you offer me a full turnkey solution?
Yes, we can. We have many customers that work with us in this way.
Are you able you pack nut products?
Unette are a strict no nut facility.
Can you fill liquids that contain solids?
If there are very small particulates that are held in suspension, we could look at the enquiry for you. The dosing needle is only 2mm in diameter so the particles would need to be smaller than this for us to be able to fill it.
What other formats can you provide?
In the Nutrition business we only fill into our Tear Top Tube format. We also have an Industrial Division, Lubepack, who can fill into traditional three side seal sachets and screw cap tubes
What secondary packaging is available?
We have lots of options and our tubes are hand packed into your choice of secondary packaging. We can assist in sourcing all types of secondary packaging requirements such as display cartons and clip strips, through our network of approved suppliers.
Is the tube recyclable?
The tube is made from a laminate material. This type of substrate is recyclable, but currently most local councils are not providing collection and segregation facilities for this type of material.
How big are the tubes?
We design and make all the filling equipment used at Unette Nutrition. Because of this we can alter the width and length of the tubes to accommodate fill volume from 1ml to 100ml. The tubes will therefore be anything from 70mm to 192mm long and from 23.5mm to 55mm wide.
How do I get samples of your product?
Please contact us through the enquiry page and our sales team will be in touch to discuss your requirements and arrange for relevant sample packs to be sent out to you.
What is the process to get my branding on the tubes?
Once a suitable tube size has been identified we will send artwork templates and artwork guidelines to you so you can supply the artwork to us. We will then check everything over for you to ensure the design integrity is kept when the flat artwork is made into a Tear Top Tube and arrange for a print ready proof to be created for your approval
