Taking a new beauty product to market
Absolute Collagen, a new start-up company, approached Unette to launch a beauty drink. They had developed a formula, trialled sample packs and were looking to move up to full commercial production.
Unette's Tear Top Tube was the perfect solution for the collagen drink. It was vital the artwork on the tube represented the new brand, so a printed gold ink was created together with a gold foil finish to ensure a striking, premium look.
Unette worked closely with Absolute Collagen to assist in bringing the new beauty drink to market. Through discussion it was determined that the finished product would often be sent to customers via Royal Mail. Recognising a significant cost advantage could be realised, Unette designed a carton layout that would fit within the dimensions of a Royal Mail Standard Large Letter. Using their reliable network of manufacturing partners, Unette sourced the perfect supplier for a carton which would hold the optimum number of tubes. Various samples and trial packs were created to reach the final solution. The chosen design was then printed with gold foil that was cold blocked onto the carton, to ensure a cohesive brand approach.
Absolute Collagen visited the Unette Nutrition facility, in Crewe, Cheshire, on various occasions to discuss the project, view samples and take guidance from regarding final formulation and pack format.
